In-Office Expertise for Seamless Treatment
An in-office process means our professionals handle everything from diagnosis, to placing the implants, to designing and placing the denture, right in our office. Our consistency is unmatched, and we keep track of your progress every step of the way, in order to ensure a safe implant denture that can last you for years. When it comes to missing or failing teeth, we work as a team to ensure your new implant denture is designed to match your aesthetic and health needs.
Advanced Technology for Precise Planning
We have our own, in-house CT scanner that helps us analyze and decide the best placement for your denture implants. Combine this with customized surgical guides to facilitate a smooth procedure and access to our very own dental lab to ensure quality and consistency, and the result is a beautiful denture that emulates natural beauty and is indistinguishable from normal teeth.

All-On-4® dental implants provide a perfect base for your implant dentures giving you the safety and stability you can come to expect from all our restorative dentistry options. At our practice, you can walk out with a brand-new set of four fully functional teeth in just one office visit!
The Dental Implant Process
Implant Placement
Our dental professionals will surgically attach titanium posts to your jawbone. These are placed in strategic positions to provide the stability and biting force you need with your new teeth while continuing to stimulate a healthy jawbone. We then give your mouth time to heal and your jawbone a chance to fuse with the implants.
Implant Stability Check
Once you come in for your follow-up appointment, we make sure your jaw is ready by using our Periotest® technology. This handheld device is used to measure the integration of titanium and bone, enabling us to determine implant stability and denture viability.
Denture Placement
Then, we place a specifically designed denture that revitalizes your smile and boosts your self-confidence. We offer both permanent dentures, which provide a hassle-free, structurally sound support system, and removable dentures, which snap on to your titanium implants and provide similar support, but are also easy to remove, clean, and reattach.
Aftercare and Healing Support
Our guidance and care don't end when the denture is placed! We also offer technology that can improve healing and make the aftercare process a breeze. Our Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) treatment uses a sample of your blood and separates the platelets in a centrifuge, re-adding them to your surgical sites for a faster, cleaner healing process.

The implant supported denture process typically takes several months from start to finish. The initial implant placement surgery is followed by a healing period of 3-6 months to allow the implants to fuse with the jawbone. Once healed, the denture is custom-crafted and fitted, which may require a few appointments. However, with advanced techniques like All-on-4®, some patients can receive their implants and a provisional denture in just one day.
Implant supported dentures require diligent oral hygiene to maintain the health of the implants and surrounding gum tissue. You should brush your dentures and gums twice daily with a soft-bristled toothbrush and non-abrasive toothpaste. Flossing around the implants is also important to remove plaque and debris. If you have removable implant supported dentures, they should be taken out nightly for cleaning. Regular dental check-ups and professional cleanings are also essential to monitor the health of your implants and dentures.
The implant placement surgery is performed under local anesthesia or sedation to ensure patient comfort. Most patients report minimal discomfort during the procedure. After surgery, some temporary soreness and swelling can be expected, but this can be managed with prescribed pain medication. Once healed, implant supported dentures should not cause any pain and feel comfortable in the mouth.
Implant supported dentures offer several advantages over traditional dentures:
- Improved stability and retention: Implants securely anchor the denture, preventing slippage and restoring chewing function.
- Enhanced comfort: Implant dentures don't rely on the gums for support, reducing gum irritation and sore spots.
- Preserved jawbone: Implants stimulate the jawbone, helping to prevent bone loss that occurs with missing teeth.
- More natural look and feel: Implant dentures feel more like natural teeth, allowing you to eat, speak, and smile with confidence.
- Better long-term results: With proper care, implant supported dentures can last many years, making them a cost-effective solution in the long run.
