Dr. Katerina Kostagianni
She is a highly experienced Prosthodontist with focus on Implant Dentistry and Cosmetic Rehabilitation. Her passion lies in creating beautiful smiles by analyzing every individual’s unique characteristics’ and providing personalized recommendation based on their specific needs and desires.
Being in the heart of Silicone Valley, not only has she embraced the advancements in digital dental technologies but she has been a pioneer on that field by working closely with renown master ceramists. From facially generated Digital Smile Design and full mouth rehabilitation to digitally guided implant placement and “teeth in a day concept”, her commitment is to pursue excellence through innovation by prioritizing her patients’ well-being.
Dr. Duc Pham
A bay area native, Dr. Duc Pham grew up in San Jose, CA. Dr. Pham chose to stay local and attended San Jose State University where he earned his B.S. in Biochemistry with a minor in Biology. Furthering his education, he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the prestigious University of the Pacific in San Francisco, CA. Dr. Pham then continued his dental career in the United States Navy, where he received advanced clinical training including: digital Cerec® CADCAM dentistry, periodontics, oral surgery and endodontics. Being a big proponent on family & friends and his love for California, he decided to finish his service in the Navy and return to the city where he grew up.

Your dental plan, provided by your employer, reimburses a portion of our fee based on your employer's contract with the insurance company. While we're not party to this contract, we'll assist you in processing claims to maximize your benefits and provide necessary documentation.
We're committed to providing our best service regardless of insurance limitations. You're responsible for all fees charged, regardless of insurance coverage. We'll send monthly statements; please contact us if insurance payment isn't reflected within 4-6 weeks. Any balance after insurance payment is your responsibility.
